Evidence
A claim is not evidence. Nothing is verified until the project's own checks have really run, at that exact commit, and their exit codes are on record. A new commit silently expires every prior approval.
Authority
No mind holds a credential. Every action outward passes through one broker that checks the org chart at the point of action. A leaked token buys one job, as one mind, until the job ends.
Memory
Nothing is remembered on request. After every mission an observer reads what happened and folds what was durable into that mind's memory. Repeated mistakes become rules, and the rules are tested.
